Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Tiny Cities app (“Tiny Cities,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. The Service

Tiny Cities is a collectible souvenir app: you record cities you’ve visited and the app renders each as an artistic, AI-generated snow-globe diorama, collected on a shelf, a passport, and a fridge. Travel is recorded on the honor system; the app does not verify your travel and is for personal enjoyment, not as an official record.

2. Your Account

The app works with an anonymous account by default and can be upgraded to Sign in with Apple or Google to back up and sync your collection. You are responsible for the security of the device and sign-in method you use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Core features are free. First Classis an optional upgrade offered as an auto-renewing subscription — $5.99/month or $29.99/year— or a one-time $79.99 lifetime purchase. Prices are in USD and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewing plans renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• The lifetime option is a single purchase, not a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

4. Your Content

Notes, photos, and travel records you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, display, and back up that content so the app can show it to you across your devices. You are responsible for the content you add and confirm you have the right to use it.

5. AI-Generated Artwork

City dioramas are stylized artistic interpretations generated by AI from a short text description of the city and its landmark. They are decorative, may be inaccurate or not geographically precise, and are provided for personal enjoyment. Generated artwork is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the app; resale or redistribution is not permitted.

6. Acceptable Use

Don’t misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, no automated scraping of the artwork, and no use that violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, shaders, artwork style, and the Tiny Cities name and branding belong to us and are protected by law. Except for the personal license above, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated artwork will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us (see below).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
